Larry McReynolds, the two-time Daytona 500 champion crew chief and current lead FOX Sports NASCAR analyst, will appear as the final fall speaker in the Mooresville Public Library’s author series 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.
The 63-year-old McReynolds will greet fans and read from his book, “Larry McReynolds: The Big Picture: My Life from Pit Road to the Broadcast Booth,” co-written by Bob Zeller and originally published in 2002.
Admission is free.
For more than 17 years as a crew chief, McReynolds guided drivers Ernie Irvan, Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Davey Allison, including Earnhardt’s first and only Daytona 500 win, in 1998.
