The No. 30 entry is looking to debut in Atlanta
Dennis Hirtz has purchased a NASCAR owners license and secured the No. 30 entry.
The team website reads, “After racing successfully in Europe’s highly competitive GT and Touring Car series, it is time to take on one of the biggest stages in motorsports – NASCAR!”
39-year-old Dennis Hirtz is the owner of the team.
“Where will be a big surprise in American racing from spring 2023, because from then on German will be spoken there for the first time,” Hirtz told Motorsport.com. “The wording is very important to me, because we want to build a U.S. team with roots in Germany.”
The team has posted photos of a Chevrolet ZL1 Camaro.
Hirtz stated via the team website, “For us it is more than entering a new racing series, it’s making a childhood dream reality. And we will succeed with a very strong team, as friends, and with high-class drivers”
Hirtz is aiming to make a debut at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
