BOISE, Idaho – Boise State soccer head coach Jim Thomas has recently announced the team’s 2022 spring schedule. Two of these five games will be hosted by Boise State at the Boas Soccer Complex.
“We’re really excited about the opportunity to play such a competitive spring,” said Thomas. “There’s lots of different angles you can take towards an offseason. Ours is going to be to challenge our team at an elite level and prepare ourselves for more challenges like that in the fall.”
The first game is scheduled for March 31, as the Broncos travel to face Northwest Nazarene at 6:30 p.m. MT.
The following week the Blue and Orange will visit Washington State for a match at 1 p.m. PT on April 9. The next day the Broncos will take on Gonzaga for a match at 11 a.m. PT.
“Playing Washington State and Gonzaga at their places on back-to-back days is going to be one heck of a weekend,” said Thomas. “We’ll learn a lot about our group through that. It’s going to be fun.”
Boise State will wrap up its spring schedule with two consecutive home games. First, Weber State comes to the Treasure Valley for a noon kickoff, Saturday, April 16. The spring season concludes with a matchup against Utah State, Saturday, April 23, at 11 a.m. MT.
