TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State women’s golf team is set to host the Indiana State Invitational on April 3-4, 2022. The nine-team field will tee off at the Country Club of Terre Haute, a par 72 course that spans 6,041 yards.
Play gets underway Sunday morning with an 11 a.m. shotgun start for the opening round. The tournament wraps up Monday with a 10 a.m. shotgun start for the final round. Live results will be available throughout the tournament by clicking HERE.
Chicago State, Eastern Illinois, Evansville, Green Bay, Illinois-Chicago, Northern Iowa, Rose-Hulman, and Valparaiso will also join the Sycamores in the field.
Indiana State is coming off a fifth-place finish last week at the Diane Daugherty Invitational. Sophomore Chelsea Morrow finished five shots out of the top-5 in eighth individually. It marked the best finish of the season for the Fishers, Indiana native as she posted a score of 18-over par (76-79-76=231) to secure the top-10 finish.
Lauren Green finished in the top-20 after posting a final score of 238 and a final day 79 to finish 25-over par. Kristen Hobbs (+29) placed tied for 32nd, Madison Branum (+32) finished tied for 47th, while Iyoun Chew (+40) finished tied for 68th.
