Australian Jock Landale will have a new home for the second time in a week.
26-year-old Landale signed with the San Antonio Spurs last season and averaged 4.9 points and 2.7 rebounds in 54 games.
The Aussie was shipped to the Atlanta Hawks in recent days as part of the Dejounte Murray trade, with the Spurs offloading their All-Star guard for Danilo Gallinari and a host of picks.
But Landale, an Olympic bronze-medallist in Tokyo, has now been traded to the Phoenix Suns, as first reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic.

He provides depth at centre for Phoenix, who recently lost their back-up JaVale McGree to Dallas via free agency, while starting centre Deandre Ayton could depart via trade.
Phoenix also re-signed another back-up centre in defensive-minded Bismack Biyombo, and added two shooting guards in free agents Josh Okogie (Minnesota Timberwolves) and Damion Lee (Golden State Warriors).
Of course, Phoenix is also in negotiations with the Brooklyn Nets over Kevin Durant, in what would be the biggest trade deal in Suns’ franchise history. Durant named the Suns as one of his preferred landing spots after requesting a trade out of Brooklyn after three years at the Nets.
For now, Landale is set to be a bit-part player in Phoenix, who had the NBA’s best record last season (64-18) before falling to the Mavericks in seven games in the second round of the postseason.
