SUPERIOR — Deb Showalter earned her sixth career victory in the 74th annual Nemadji Women’s Invitational on Wednesday afternoon.
Showalter, who won her first title in 1998, shot a 3-over 74 and finished two shots ahead of Norma O’Leary. She plays out of Enger Park and O’Leary out of Silver Bay.
Jeanne Hawkinson finished third in the championship flight with a 79, while Allie Hom’s 77 won the first flight.
Jan Maki’s 80 won the first flight of the Renna Rychlak Memorial senior division.
There was a high school division as well, with Keely Morehouse leading the field by shooting 89.
The event, which had to be postponed in 2020 and 2021, included 44 golfers.
