Tennis Legend Billie Jean King Lauds American Presenter Judy Woodruff for Emmy Lifetime Achievement

The American broadcast journalist Judy Woodruff was awarded with a lifetime achievement award on Thursday. In response, the 12-time Grand Slam champion took to Twitter to congratulate her, and wrote. “Congratulations to Judy Woodruff on her Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award in Television News.”

Thereafter, she added, “Such a well-deserved honor for a trailblazing journalist.” Woodruff has worked for cable, network and public television news and is famous for exclusively covering presidential elections.
