FAIRMONT — Tickets to the Fairmont Cardinal football team’s 2 p.m. Class AAA state semifinal game against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton on Saturday must be purchased in advance and only via online.
Fans must have proof of the ticket purchase on a smartphone. No printed receipt will be accepted.
Tickets will NOT be available at the door at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on Saturday.
One can purchase tickets at: www.mshsl.org/tickets. The cost is $16 per adult and $10 per student.
Fans can sign up for a fan bus — sponsored by Becker Financial, Century 21, Hawkins Chevrolet, Peterson-Anthony Insurance and Rosen’s — from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. today and Thursday at the Fairmont High School activities office.
Students in preschool through 8th grade must be signed up and accompanied by a parent.
Fan school bus cost is $10 per person and must be paid — either cash or check — at the sign-up and in person. Checks can be made payable to the Fairmont Football Association.
The fan bus will load at 9:45 a.m. Saturday by the football field house on the Fairmont High School campus.

The Class AAA state semifinal football game also will be aired and streamed on Fairmont radio at 106.5 Lakes FM.
