MUMBAI: The day/night final between Wellington CC and Islam Gymkhana for the late Madhav Mantri Centenary One-Day league C & D Division — set to resume from Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Mumbai Cricket Association’s (MCA) ground in Bandra Kurla Complex — will mark the restart of local cricket in the city after a break due to Covid-19 surge.
On Sunday, matches in the E, F and G division of the tournament will be played at various venues in the city.
Due to a surge in Covid cases, the MCA had on January 1 halted all its affiliated tournaments.
